Cancellation Policy

At Perfumes Bae, we aim to process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Cancellation Before Shipment

You may request cancellation of your order only if it has not yet been shipped from our warehouse.

If the cancellation request is accepted before shipment, the order will be cancelled and the refund will be initiated as per the refund timeline mentioned below.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled directly. In such cases, the following scenarios apply:

a) Customer Refuses Delivery (Return to Origin – RTO)

If you choose not to accept the delivery after shipment due to reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Delay in delivery

  • Incorrect order placed

The order will be returned to our warehouse by the courier partner.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after the product is received and verified at our warehouse in unused, sealed condition.

b) Undelivered / RTO Orders

Orders may be returned to origin due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Non-serviceable pin code

  • Customer unavailable

  • Customer refusal to accept delivery

In such cases, refunds will be initiated only after inward verification of the product at our warehouse.

3. Refund Timelines for Cancelled Orders

  • Prepaid Orders:
    Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 2–3 business days after cancellation approval or warehouse verification. Bank processing may take an additional 2–3 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
    Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer after receiving valid bank details from the customer and successful product verification.

4. Discount Codes & Promotional Offers

  • Discount vouchers, coupon codes, and promotional offers are single-use only.

  • If an order is cancelled, the used discount code or promotional benefit will not be reissued or refunded.

  • Free gifts associated with cancelled orders must be returned, where applicable.

5. Cancellation After Delivery

Once an order is delivered, cancellations are not permitted.
Customers must follow the process outlined in our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy for any eligible requests.

6. Right to Cancel Orders

Perfumes Bae reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion in cases including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Stock unavailability

  • Bulk or commercial purchase patterns

  • Violation of our Terms & Conditions

If an order is cancelled by us after payment, the amount will be refunded as per the applicable refund process.

In case of any conflict, the Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
