Refund policy

At Perfumes Bae, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the personal and hygiene-sensitive nature of fragrance products, returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted only under specific conditions, as outlined below.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

A return, refund, or exchange request will be accepted only if all the following conditions are met:

  • The product is sealed, unused, and in its original condition

  • The request is raised within 3 days of delivery

  • Eligible products must be returned within 7 days of delivery

  • Original packaging, labels, barcodes, invoice, and any complimentary items must be intact

Requests raised after the above timelines will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Opened, used, or partially used perfumes or fragrance products

  • Sample-sized products, testers, or trial packs

  • Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers (including damaged items)

  • Free gifts or complimentary products (unless returned along with the main product)


Return Conditions

  • Customers are required to bear the return shipping charges, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

  • Products must be securely packed in their original packaging

  • Any free gift received with the order must be returned along with the main product

Failure to meet these conditions may result in rejection of the return request.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact our support team within 3 days of delivery

  2. Share your order ID, images and/or unboxing video, and invoice copy for verification

  3. Our team will review and validate the request

  4. Upon approval, we will arrange a pickup or provide further instructions

Replacement requests are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be processed.


Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated within 2–3 business days after the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, where applicable

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after receiving your bank details

  • The actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified.


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted only for eligible products

  • All exchange requests are subject to product availability

  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be initiated instead


Partial Returns

For orders containing multiple products:

  • Returns can be initiated at the individual item level

  • Each returned item must meet all eligibility and return conditions

  • Any associated free gifts must also be returned


Special Campaigns & Sales

For certain promotional campaigns, flash sales, or high-discount periods, special return or refund rules may apply. Such conditions, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned on the promotional banner or product page.
